Welcome to MachosRealm. First off, I'd like to personally say thank you for taking the time to check out the [Development] Stage of MachosRealm. Thought we have a long road ahead of us, we're thankful to have people like you take interest in our projects' progress. MachosRealm, an oldschool based economy server, takes pride in knowing we take our development process will proceed in a slow but strong manner. It will be a hard fought journey to bring you, the player, a well developed community but that is a journey all the staff at MachosRealm are willing to endure. I won't personally go into too much detail on everything the server and the team have to bring to the table. This post is strictly to explain our process in development and give you, the player, a heartfelt thank you and basic understandings on how we will go about the future of MachosRealm To begin, we plan on providing a weekly recap on everything we have added, changed, and fixed both server sided and web sided. Anything and everything changed will be in that weekly recap. We will also be doing a weekly Q&A for all questions, comments, and suggestions you may have. The Staff Team will dedicate 6 hours to answer and comment on anything you may have to offer. The 6 hour time window allows for Staff and Players in different time-zones to talk to one another. Dedicating only an hour or so to this step wouldn't be helpful. All the Staff might not be on for that 6 hour time window, but you WILL see all the Staff somewhere in that timeline. My suggestion? Bring notes! We want feedback! We want suggestions! We want a community! Secondly, it's obvious we are passionate about this project. We not only want a server to thrive, but we want a community we can call home. We want everyone to feel included and part of our team. Whether you are a normal player, a member, or moderator, we want you to feel specifically included in our development and progress. This being said included any help we can get. Our team is small but dedicated. We could always use more server-sided developers, graphic artists, web-sided developers, and advertisers. If you have a skill you can bring to the table, make sure to check out our application area to get in contact with us regarding how you can help! We will make sure you are compensated for your time and efforts accordingly. If at any point you lose desire to be apart of this community and our project, all of us here will hold no ill-feelings towards you. We only ask that you let us know what we can do better to improve the experience for everyone. Our most important segment of this team is YOU! Allow us to make this experience the best it can be. Where we lack in content now we make up for with a desire to improve and build a solid foundation. In closing, I will personally restate that our #1 Goal at MachosRealm is to provide you with a community and server to call home. We understand the time it will take to create that. We understand the hard work and hours it will take to form that. We know that this development period will come with trials and errors. However, let's work together as a community and create something unique. Starting a project in oldschool-era will allow us to progress in any direction we desire but we can only progress with feedback from you! Thank you for taking interest in MachosRealm. We are not just a server. We are a team of passionate people who only want one thing, a community.
